    Every program is based on the most effective and progressive methods of exercises for developing muscular strength, endurance, power and hypertrophy. I stick to fundamentals and essentials to maximise the benefits of any physical activity, therefore, improving your health, functional ability and enhancing quality of life.

  • My programs are optimally designed according to your current level of condition, and don’t worry if gym is new to you, I will provide you with all the necessary information and guidance

INDIVIDUAL WORKOUT PROGRAM

A bespoke training program to maximise your goals, including weights, cardio and a step count (if needed) all tailored to your lifestyle, goals and exercise experience/level

Exercise frequency will be determined from your availability and goals

It is important to me you learn as much as you possibly can, my goal is for you to incorporate training/movement into your routine and be confident when training independently

TRAINING LOG

Compulsory Training log: platform where I track every lift and PB’s. Necessary for your progression and performance analysis

I will assess you every session in order for me to make your individual progressions and changes/ adaptations in your plan

Every session is a step toward your goals, don’t be afraid, I am here to guide you and teach you, to me it is more than just giving you a workout plan, to me it is important you feel and see progress

You will have a full support of mine via the app or WhatsApp l (ask me anything, even if you just need some motivation!)

CHECK INS

Weekly/Monthly Check-ins (to monitor progress and make alterations if necessary,

discussing your week of workouts, what has gone well and what we need to improve. Check ins will be compulsory to determine the effectives of your plan. Every month you will be required to submit your progress photos, measurements.

I will do everything I can to ensure you succeed and push yourself to your full potential, transform how you feel and look, and upgrade your mindset. Progression is the core of my coaching. When you have got right resources, you can achieve anything. I am here to guide you, motivate you to stay on track. 

You can rely on my support in every step of your transformation. Together we will set clearly defined and measurable objectives, step by step achievable and sustainable targets, and based on information provided, I will create a customised and effective training routine with a daily lifestyle action plan. We are going  to create healthy habits to move you in a right direction.

I will provide you with feedback on techniques, exercise set up and execution points to improve your performance and ultimately lead you to the desired results.

I will create a program that perfectly fits your lifestyle with carefully selected exercises and methods to cater your physique goals. I will challenge you and make sure endorphins keep you energised all the way, take my word, it is all worth it!

The goal is to challenge a muscle, to challenge your cardiovascular system, NOT simply and aimlessly to complete reps. The core of effective training is to place your focus on what is happening inside of your body, for example, muscle contracting, internal tensions and stability. It resembles mindful meditation as you stay present in the moment and in the movement. This mindset will completely change the way you train and exponentially increase results. You’ll learn so much about your physical and mental abilities as the foundation of all progress is precision exercise execution.
